Synopsis
Tim suggests an auction of the "Tool Man" to help Jill raise money for
the library. Jill appears on Tool Time as the auctioneer, and Al has a
surprise entry - Bob Vila, who brings in more money in the auction than
Tim. Tim challenges Bob to a hot rod race. But Tim's car isn't even
finished yet!
